Oil Well Blowout Preventer API 16A FHZ35-70 Taper rubber Annular BOP
Structure models of annular BOP, tapered rubber and spherical rubber.
Annular BOP with spherical rubber is composed of five parts as upper housing, body, piston, spherical rubber and anti-dust ring. Upper housing and the body have two connections of bolts and claw chuck
Annular BOP with tapered rubber is composed of seven parts as upper housing, wear plate, body, piston, tapered rubber, anti-dust ring and supporting cylinder.
The dynamic seal of annular BOP adopts the sealing ring of lip structure, which reduces the wearing of sealing ring maximally, and the sealing is reliable; the rubber is not easy to fold back, and there is the effect of funnel; and the well pressure has the function of assisting sealing. Etc.
Structure Features of Annular BOP
* Packing element is spherical or tapered type with massive storage volume, low operation pressure and excellent sealing function;
* Bonnet is hemispherical-shaped, so there is no stress concentration on bonnet whenever bearing the pressure.
* Bonnet and body are connected by a wedge block, so the pressure is evenly distributed;
* Packing element is interchangeable with similar overseas products;
* Use observation hole to check the life span of the packing element; Piston is set in low position to have a shorter moving distance; Use wear ring on piston.
