API Hub Clamp Assy For 13 5/8" X 5K Wellhead Connection

 

The Hub Clamps are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 16A, the hub clamp is used as the connection parts in the wellhead system, manifold system and BOP system for hub connection.Clamps allow faster and easier make up.Where limited space requires,clamp orientation adjustment allows easy access tonuts and bolts.Clamp connections have 360 infinite adjustability. Manufactured clamps from material which meets or exceeds the requirements of API Spec 16A for material qualification, processing,chemical composition and mechanical properties.

 

There are different clamps in sizes and pressure ratings to be used for oilfield applications. The clamps are different from all other API equipment in regard to design and hydrotest. The hub clamp is  Clamps serve as fasteners similar to bolts, they do not come in contact with well fluid, and they may connect several API specified connectors having different nominal sizes and working pressures.
